Thanks Scott,Your feedback is very important to us. We feel sorry for that you had unpleasant stay. Our three bedroom apartment is very popular and always booked out during the weekend. Your building is heritage property opposite the federal square, it normally very quiet during weekdays but it is not noisy during weekend. Sorry for that. Our apartments are normal residential apartments. There is individual hot water unit in each apartment and it automatically boils when temperatures are low. It might be there are 6 people and 2 kids staying, it does take time to boil again when all hot water used over in winter time. All the other residents don’t have this issue and previous guests didn’t mention this especially they had bath as well. After you compliant, we did get professional technician to check and was advised the hot water unit is in good condition. With the cleaning issue, thanks for bringing to us and our housekeeping supervisor has getter team to fix. We do apologies for this. As our phone service is 24/7, we did mention to ring us whenever you have issue. If no hot water on first night, we would like to give you another apartment for you all to use bathrooms. We have staff onsite during night time and we are happy to help. Once again thanks for staying with us.
