Welcome to our Peninsula Resort!

This property has Heated Pool & Spa and one of THE BEST play grounds you will ever see. We have a Trampoline, Rainbow Tree House, Kids Ninja Gym, and Swing set as well as a variety of tree swings, Sandpit, Soccer pitch with goals, Cricket Pitch, Fire Pit all on 1 1/2 acres of quiet culder-sac space.
The space

Inside the home has 4 bedrooms for 10 Guests:

Master Bedroom - King Bed
Bedroom 2 - Triple King Single Bunk
Bedroom 3 - King Bed
Bedroom 4 - 1 King Single and a House Bunk Bed - Single
Note: We have 2 portable cots available in addition to the beds.
There are 2 full bathrooms (Ensuite with Spa Bath and Family Bathroom).

The house has 2 separate indoor areas which are great for 2 families, or adults one side, kids the other... but....you will want to be outside all the time here!

The Kids lounge room has Electric Reclining Theater Chairs for you to watch Movies on Foxtel or Netflix. There is also a DVD player along with books, games and toys for all ages.

The Adult lounge room is a beautiful peaceful space letting in the glorious afternoon sunshine. Relax and watch Foxtel or Netflix, read a book or look out over the garden as you dip into your grazing plate. Don't forget your favourite beer or bubbles!

The deck looks out onto the glorious Pool (which is heated to 28 Degrees all year round), Grassed areas, Playground, Fire Pit and new Pool House.

Our new gamechanger is our New Pool House!!!! This new addition is a great place to relax and watch the kids swim safely, or play happily on the playground. Imagine you and your family enjoying this gorgeous space all year round! The Pool House has a Kitchenette, dining room, lounge room, huge smart TV and bathroom facilities. Take a look at the beautiful photos!

Make sure you get the adrenaline pumping with a game of soccer or cricket!

Finish your day with a nice glass of red by the fire pit or just watch the sunset disappear among the trees from the Pool House. (Fires must follow fire restrictions of course!)

Your pets are welcome but need to be approved prior to arrival. While we are pet friendly we appreciate the advanced notice. We also ask you to pick up after them!

Note: We have 2 portable cots available in addition to the beds.

BMX Track is now being worn in!! Don't forget to bring your bikes if you can to wear it in!

We are within 5 minutes of Mount Martha and Mornington's amazing beaches and town centres, and on the doorstep to the Vineyards and Brewery's. The Peninsula is really a beautiful part of the world!

The place is yours to enjoy but the shed is a private space. Please respect this. We may be onsite in this separate accommodation depending on the time of year. We have 2 Labradors who may come and say hi if we are here.

MASSAGE NOW AWAILABLE!!!!

We have a wonderful Massage Therapist Jacqui who can come to the house to help Rejuvenate and Restore you during your stay. Please let us know if you would like to book Jacqui!

Her treatments can be claimed through health funds:
30 MINUTES – $55
60 MINUTES – $90
90 MINUTES – $120

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

* While council have rules on noise, as we are in a quiet area we ask that you please respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10.30pm and 9am each day. Thank you!

* We also need to highlight STRICTLY UNDER NO CURCUMSTANCES ARE PARTIES OR ILLEGAL FIREWORKS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME! If a party is found to be onsite or fireworks let off we have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately and terminate your stay.

The house and grounds are yours to enjoy (garage not included). The Barn and carport area are also private spaces.

Here are the guidelines:

Mornington Peninsular Code of Conduct requires guests to:

• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering
and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the
early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council

• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents,
caravans, campervans

• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am

• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving

• Park all vehicles within the property boundary. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or on nature strip areas
