Awesome apartment!
So good! Awesome apartment on the 33rd floor! Love the location, spacious apartment and fantastic views. Only negative is the lifts take forever when trying to check out.

Location was great. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and had a balcony. Everything was great apart from the carpet was in need of being replaced as there were heaps of stains and looked dirty. Check in was easy and were very friendly. We would stay here again.

Property had a great view, had a nice little open plan entertaining room. Bedding was adequate. Some walls had damages and big scuffs across. carpets were clean of debris, but simply filthy with stains. We didn't use the kitchen or associated amenities.

Great location and well appointed rooms. Floor was dirty and washing machine leak which was looked at fairly promptly. Overall, fine for a 2 night stay.

Communication very poor, door knobs faulty in bathroom and my husband was locked in the bathroom due to faulty lock for over one hour with guest manager not able to help. They said we would get a refund with us having to keep following up

Great location near the riverfront where there are tons of restaraunts and bars. Nice apartment. We had a greay skyview from the 21st floor.

Check-in took over half an hour. Very busy. Only two staff on reception (one of which seemed to be training). Lack of communication to put porta-cot in our room. Had to ask 3 times.

Great location and everything in the apartment was very comfortable. Cleanliness wasn't great though, the carpets need a good steam clean and floors weren’t vacuumed all that well. Also felt very rushed through at check in and I was the only one there. Otherwise everything else was great.

Location is great . In walking distance to most things .. the only thing I’ll Pick on is . A lot is construction around so can get loud and the windows and balcony never seem to get cleaned .

We didn't understand that we needed to use our security pass in the lifts after hours, but once this was worked out a great experience.

The location was good, however the quality and attention to detail in the rooms from the cleaning team was not great. Furthermore, there was no blockout blinds only light filtering - makes for a poor sleep which is what a Hotel is for.

Good time in Melbourne
Very good location, close to shopping centre and South bank of river. Very comfortable beds and nice roomy apartment. Would stay there again.Weather was changeable but so what.

Booked executive on bedroom apprtment, about 3 months before the date and only asked if possible for a higher floor. We got level 4 right next to the highway, makes me wonder why the point in the executive is compared to the standard. Room is dirty, carpets have stains couch has stains, balcony gets cigarette butts drop on it all the time. The lift in the building is one of the worse and slowest I’ve had to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend, and definitely would never stay again.
