Have stayed here several times as it's very good value and comfortable enough for an overnight stay. However, the room we stayed in this time had the thinnest pillows possible. Had to get the extras from the wardrobe which were also super thin. Had to pile 3 together to feel like sleeping on 1. This made for poor quality sleep. Disappointed. Hope to see this issue rectified.

It was advertised as pet friendly. So booked and paid for it only to fine it was not pet friendly and they would not give a refund. We had to pay a large bond just so we could have a small dog stay with us. I could hear the people snoring in the next room.

Room was immaculate. Somewhat dated, but tidy and clean. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and quick to help. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed a here a few times.Always very friendly and accomodating staff-easy access to Melb along the freeway-close to supermarkets/chemist.On this occasion an administrative issue (no fault of the property) saw my allocated booked room not available so was upgraded-The suite was beautiful but the extra rollaway bed not good for an adult-maybe a child but they did what they could and that was greatly appreciated

Although this is an older style property my room was spotless and comfortable.The house keeping staff are excellent. Rachel would do well to educate herself about the surrounding area. I asked “Which bus would take me into town?” before arriving to book in and again when I booked in and “How long it would take to walk to the nearest shops?”. The response was the same on both occasions, ‘I don’t know, I don’t live around here’!! This is the kind of information travellers would expect the receptionist to know or at the very least to find out. The ease and regular service of the 25 min bus ride into town and the close proximity of the bus stop is also essential marketing information for the website which makes the location a lot more appealing. This is also essential information for the Guest information sheet provided in the room. The Guest sheet mentioned a number of places to contact but there was no phone number?!!

Stayed here with my granddaughter on sat night. Bit disappointed that the Jets on the spa didn,t work, as my granddaughter was looking forward to having a spa. So before i filled it up for her, i wiped it out, only to find black stuff in it. Not nice. Cleaners need to pay more attention when cleaning. Room 22 was where we stayed, had a very funky smell in there, so we sprayed it with purfume. The reception lady was great and very helpful. 4/10

From the moment you arrive, the Receptionist is warm and friendly. Our room was cleaned beautifully. The only down fall was the air conditioner/heater struggled to warm the room and it was freezing for our time in Melbourne. We had to have the temp higher to get the room comfortable. Renovated bathroom was pleasant but the water pressure fluctuated a lot as did the temp from warm to scolding hot then freezing cold.

All staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, quiet and spacious. The property has a lot of parking spaces and very easy to park except in some wedding occasions. The property is easy to access if you drive and is just a few minutes drive either to Box Hill or Westfield shopping centre at Doncaster. Otherwise, it will be a 15 minutes walk to shopping or to have a meal. It is strongly recommended that the property should consider to install a slide shower curtain on the bath tub to replace the current ones to prevent water from splashing on the floor when taking showers.

We were able to check in early which was wonderful. The staff member was lovely and welcoming. The rooms were nice, although older they were nicely set out. The outdoor area was beautifully lit up at night time. Great stay at a very affordable price!
