Bedroom 3 - includes 2 x Sets of Bunks, built-in robe - fabulous for the kids!

A spacious, modern & sleek central bathroom facilitates the remaining bedrooms, including a large vanity and bath. For your convenience, an adjoining toilet provides that extra privacy also.

Other features include a double carport which accommodates two vehicles with plenty of parking space for a boat or jet-ski. Fully fenced backyard, so ideal for small children to run around in or a pet (subject to owner approval) .
