We loved our stay at Tudor Box Hill Apartment. We had room upgraded and the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The check out time was 12pm, which is really generous and also allowed us to leave our lugguges for extra couple of hours. I highly recommend here!!! Thank you for your kindness and we'll definitely come back here!!

My child absolutely loved the loft room. Very spacious room, bathroom and loft. Spa was great too. Only negative, there was no microwave in our room. But we did have access to one on the property. So that was ok. Easy check in and out. Very friendly staff. Extremely helpful.

The room was in need of maintenance which was a shame. The laminate was coming off some of the furniture, there was a downlight hanging down, the bathroom fan did not work and a chain was missing from the blinds making it not functional. The property itself is conveniently placed. Great little cafe just a short walk away. Parking underneath with lift to apartments.

I did not lije t GG e fact that when i arrived that i was told my booked accommodation changed. Then i was given an apartment that reeked of cigarettes with an almost empty toilet roll in the toilet. No shower soap or gel or body wash soap. Room not serviced when we asked for it. Overall a stressful stay.

The room my 2 year old and I stayed in was pretty run down and disgusting. There was black mould in the shower, pink mould on the floor in the bathroom, the grout in the tiles was filthy, there was grime and goodness knows what on the walls and ceiling, things squashed into the roller blind and the air conditioner remote was disgusting. It’s such a shame the room was in this state and just generally run down because the outside of the building and its grounds are so beautiful and the place has so much potential! I also don’t understand why we were shoved in a room in a dark hallway when the motel seemed to be mostly empty. The reception building was also cluttered and seemed unclean with the glass doors cloudy with dirt.

Property is a little old and run down, but it was clean. I do not like the "we will take $100 deposit" when you check in. We stay in a lot of hotels and this is something that rarely happens these days. Parking is limited and it was raining so the walk from the other side of the hotel to our room was not pleasant. Bed was hard, but bearable. The bed side lights were not plugged in, so we had to get a torch to find the power points. The TV was not working when we switched it on, but were able to get it going after a bit of playing around. There were only bath towels (although they were a good size and quality) in the bathroom - so no hand towel. Also no body wash, just a small shampoo and conditioner. With just a few small details they could improve the hotel a lot...

We booked because it had restaurant,had dinner on Thursday then when back on Friday and they don’t open on Friday Saturday or Sunday , not good enough , if you say you have restaurant,then put what days you are open. Not very clean,bathroom door wouldn’t close properly,would not recommend or stay there again

Good links to city travel and beaches, We stayed for 2 weeks and the apartment wasn't cleaned during our stay, no fresh towels or bedding. I wouldnt stay again
