I got a deluxe room which gives you higher floor. The view of city was stunning. For the same price or less than hotels I got a true apartment with great view. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had what I needed. The apartment itself was in very good condition. The common areas of elevator and floors/hallways outside of the rooms seemed to be having work done but it did not affect my experience. The check-in staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Really appreciated the opportunity to check-in early (was small fee for this). The location is awesome. Steps away from Southern Cross rail station and tram just outside front door. Decent grocery is also at Southern Cross station.

Like: The location, very convenient! All living facilities available & in good working condition! The higher floors have good views of the city, and relatively noise free!

Absolutely incredibly poor guest relations. Everything was done by the rule book. Rules were set for immediate profit. No one in authority is smart enough to realize that being flexible will lead to better guest numbers in future, hence better profit in the long term.Having had 2 very stressful days trying to arrive for a prepaid booking, I will never ever rebook, and have told many people why.
