Regarding the check-in, we send the email with the code to pick up your keys at 2pm, when the room is ready and the key loaded. Hi Caio We didn't receive any complaint from you regarding cleaning issue otherwise we would send back the housekeepers straight way like we did when you notified us about the sink blocked. We sent our handyman who fixed it. We proposed you a date for the mid term cleaning that you have refused (we have emails in records). Regarding the aircon, this is how the 1 bedroom apartments are in this building. Our maintenance person also checks the TV with you and it was working properly. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you want to discuss further

Hello Sorry to hear about the issue you get. We have reported the WiFi issue to the internet supplier straight away after you reported, unfortunately they took couple of days to fix it. Hello Please note that the entire building get an issue with the channels connection which has been fixed within 24 hours. We are sorry about the inconvenience caused however, this issue was unfortunately out of our control and building management fixed it in a very short time.

Hello Can you please let us know in which apartment you stayed as we do not have any records of this? All our apartments are fully equipped including kettle and of course, all beds have full linen, doonas and pillows. We also put additional ones in bedrooms wardrobes.

Please note our reception is open from 9am to 6pm and after office hours, the reception phone number is redirected to an after-hours manager so we are reachable 24h/7. I'm sorry to hear the layout was not as you expected but all our apartments are fully furnished with everything you would need during your stay.
