We have a short night stay. Very quiet and serene place. Room facility is fine and clean. Except the pillow is a bit soft.

Overall our stay here was really nice, it was a romantic and relaxing night away from the kids. The cottage was unique and cosy, plenty of heating, the spa was lovely and we could walk to the local area for dinner. We were a little disappointed that some small touches were missed such as bath robes missing, empty tea light candles and fragrance pots throughout were all empty. Only minor things but they were important to us as part of the overall feel of the property, it felt a bit neglected. The owner was fantastic and delivered candles and robes to our door around 9pm which we did appreciate. The food hamper was lovely and the place was spotless. It felt very private and cosy nestled within the tress. No views of the city due to the weather but that couldn't be helped. The music system was outdated so unable to use (Ipod) and the games in one of the suitcases were locked away. Overall we enjoyed it but a few things could be improved and attention to detail would make this property stand out over others.

Wonderful!
Self-contained garden cottage in wonderful rainforest area. Nearby funky shopping. Short drives to amazing places! Great heating, breakfasts, etc. Loved it!

Lovely cottage in a great area
We were pleased with our stay and the service was very good . Overall it was a very nice stay and in one of the most beautiful area's I would suggest to replace the door to the bathroom with a normal sliding door as it was terrible to open and close this Vinyl thing masquerading AS A SLIDING DOOR

Cosy cottage.
A divine setting in the hills. Loved everything about this little cottage, so much character and the breakfast basket was an abundance of choice. Comfortable bed, heat on and music playing for my arrival, it's the little things that make the difference.

So cosy and walking distance to pub and shops.
The heater was on and made me feel cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, so many yummy choices. The decor is cute and perfect for a wonderful relaxation, most of all the bed was so comfortable i found it hard to out.

Wonderful!
Check was incredibly simple, venue was warm and welcoming. The attention to detail in provisions, amenities and the suite itself was well above expectation. Although we stayed only one night, we felt like we had been on a month long holiday, so peaceful and welcoming was the Penthouse Suite. The breakfast was ample & delicious, and catered to a variety of tastes. Have already raved widely to friends and family, and cannot wait to get back.

The penthouse was so comfortable and relaxing for our recent stay in Olinda. Anne and Tony were so lovely and accommodating with letting check in early so we could get ready for a wedding just down the road. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast spread was very generous. I will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. Overall a very relaxing stay.

So disappointed.And the owners don't care2 reply..
sooo disappointed this time..Last time we stayed at City View cottage,this time have tried Garden View..Probably won't be back..$170 for all that?....We both -me and my husband-are very upset,it's such uncomfortable little room..plus we couldn't find a TV remote control for couple of hours,then we have found it UNDER THE BED-...it it was broken..how can you have a holiday without TV-?....Spoiled the whole beauty..We have tried to contact the owner,they just ignore you,they STILL haven't reply..-another example:we have told our friends HOW NICE is Annie&Roe's cottages,they have taken the Penthouse and another disappointment-the hair dryer wasn't working,they have sent a message to the owner and..the same reaction.Actually ...NO REACTION...Looks like the owners just don't care what's happening..Such a pity..We are regular to Olinda..Will find something else next time..

Treetops and views and everything you need.
We stayed in the penthouse apartment which was lovely. Had a kitchen, spa bath and a well designed bedroom. The views from the balcony were stunning!

Very nice
So cosy and peaceful with very tasteful decor. It was very clean, everything was provided, and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Also the view from the balcony was amazing! My only complaint would be in regards to the driveway. Extremely steep and impossible to turn around at the top if you have a medium-large car. This means you have to reverse out of the driveway onto the main road, and visibility is very poor since there are bushes on either side and the road curves around, blocking oncoming traffic from view. It was very stressful trying to get out of the place, so we tried to minimise the number of times we took the car out.

Nice hotel in Mount dandenong
Penthouse suite is a lovely one bedroom loft with a spa and airconditioning. Drinks on the balcony were amazing whilst watching the sunset highly recommend

Easy short stay
Garden cottage compact and has all that I needed for a short stay. Sure there are peculiarities with the set up, but I preferred to enjoy the quiet, forest outlook and easy stroll to the village for dinner and return. Great place for people who want a comfortable bed and are not planning to spend time in the room.
