Everything was pretty good , we’d definitely go back again , it was a hot evening when we arrived about 9.30pm and staff had thoughtfully put air conditioning on so the cabin was cool to walk into, minor complaint… the bathroom taps were hard to use and dripped in the night, loved the location close to Melbourne airport… reasonable price

I prefer the older units to the studio. The studio is on the roadside with minimal parking space and does not have the same ambiance of a spacious, separate lounge, dining-kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom. The older brick veneer units are quieter and feel safer, especially for an older female, traveling independently.

Internet was absolutely terrible, no one came and cleaned our room for the 3 days we were there, hubby and I had to chase up clean towels. I would never stay there again.

Service is great, but if you’re a light sleeper then not the place for you. Busy, loud road until 1am. Might depend which chalet your in but ours was loud. Also, if you have lots of luggage then you will need to walk to shuttle bus which could a distance. Beds are comfy and staff/booking was perfect.

Close to the airport, not too far to get essentials. Stayed in a villa, which shared a wall with another villa. Unfortunately you could hear everything from next door, including footsteps, sneezing. Exemplary service from Dylan in reception. Friendly, welcoming greeting when I arrived and I received clear instructions and map, so I could easily navigate my way to my apartment. Excellent facilities and spotlessly clean and comfortable kitchen, lounge, dining room, bathroom and bedroom. Close to shopping centres, restaurants and cafés. Also minutes away from my private airport parking company. Excellent location for travellers who have an early flight at Melbourne Airport.
