Nice place to stay Good clean conditions Very tight parking couldn't get my twincab into the numbered carpark so I took another one. Ofter wise had a great stay.

We loved the view over the park and the beautiful city lights we could see from the appt. Close to the Palais and lots of lovely cafes.

Great Location
Great location, nice spacious clean apartment. Could not get a commitment or book a car parking spot which is a little disconcerting as parking is a premiium. However we did get an early check in after confirmting on the day and had no issues parking overnight.

We had a great experience at Adina. The room was in perfect condition, very clean and has everything we needed. Reception staff were very friendly and helped where ever they could. Highly recommend

Great location and fantastic views . Fitzroy street can be noisy on the weekends so may not be for everyone . On-site parking was handy and a reasonable price .

Very disappointed
I was very disappointed with my recent stay. As a Gold member, there was no Upgrade offered. When going to my allocated room, 2 doors down was a sign on the door of room 7, Isolation Room. Not a pleasant greeting. My room (9) was in a very dismal , dark corner with no outlook. Wifi was non existent and my phone went into SOS in most rooms. As this was business trip, this was not satisfactory. I do respect that we are in Covid and Adina was being cautious, I felt it went over the top and felt like I was in isolation. The wine offered as a Gold Member was a 250 ml bottle, most hotels offer 750ml, there was 1 normal black teabag provided in a cliplock bag. I appreciate where the hotel is situated, it is an area that requires security, but the measures they went to, made it an effort to pop out for more teabags.As mentioned earlier, I respect their efforts due to Covid but felt it was way over the top. I was meant to stay 2 nights but vacated my room the next morning and completed my stay at another hotel chain, who respecting the current situation, was much more welcoming and did not make me feel I was in quarantine myself and fulfilled my minimal requirements. Sorry, but will not be going back to Adina St Kilda.

Neat and tidy but a little noisy
Service was friendly and the room was clean. However it is quiet noisy at times due to adjoining rooms being separated by a door and the hallways creak when you walk on them and can make a racquet

I didn’t like the fact that the room was ready and they made me wait in the lobby for two hours to give me the room even though I had stayed in another of there rooms the previous night.

the location is great just a few blocks from the beach. Lots of restaurants and trams. The room was a good size. The washer and dryer were very helpful.

Close to transport, restaurants etc. confusion about booking for 8 nights, wanted to move us after first night for next 7 however after discussion with manager we were able to stay in original apartment.

Close to restaurants,bars and beach. Helpful reception staff. Teams and bus stops across the road so easy access to Melbourne. Woolworth supermarket only a 2 minute walk. Kitchenette had full size fridge freezer,washing machine and dryer. Nice patio area.

Good value for money. Well placed for access to St Kilda and all it offers......the bus stop for the bus that goes direct to the airport is virtually opposite the hotel.....tram line stop also outside with easy access to Central Melbourne and other places..... One note....might be my error, but I am sure when I booked, it said it had a pool and gym....but there is no pool and the gym is very very basic, just a small room in the car park area with very little equipment. But overall, everything else was fine and would recommend.

The building seems small at first glimpse from the main road,but once you enter the building you realise it enormity,trendy,but stylish casual feeling.

The lift was a bit slown in the south tower and the walls pretty thin. Everything else was delightful though. Modern looking well appointed apartments. Really lovely.

there is no mention when you book that the carpark is at the rear. So you have to try and find street parking to check in and then go back to your car to drive around to the rear and park. Entry to the elevator is via the car park. Hallways have no AC and are glass so getting to and from your room in summer is like running the gauntlet through the bloody sauna. Walls and ceilings are thin. I could hear foot steps all evening and first thing in the morning. TV was so poor that the sound wasn't able to be turned up enough to hear from either the couch or the bed. Literally - couldn't hear it.

Comfy and well priced in a convenient locations.
It was fine. Convenient location with the city to st kilda beach tram and airport bus stop basically outside the door. Odd having a kitchen but if you want a sharp knife u have 2 ring 4 one. But a minor quibble. Woolies not too far away too.
