For me, QT reflects all that is sophisticated, edgy, efficient, great service (actual sense of you as an individual customer) and energy of business in the 2020s. A great place to stay when working abroad and in Melbourne.

Lovely place - would stay again. Pretty noisy - lots of local construction. Shame not to have a few luxuries in the room as part of the cost eg chocs, wine etc

lovely stay, but not as luxe as other QT properties. Service was excellent. Free movies were a great bonus.

As good as when we first stayed 7 years ago. Only downside was the rooftop bar was closed for functions on one night of the stay.

We chose this hotel for its accessible room which didn’t disappoint and it was a great location to access restaurants, Theatres and AAMI Park. Rooftop bar is super cool too.

An amazing hotel with exceptional staff and service. Cocktail bar and restaurant were amazing and the service provided in the restaurant was 10/10. We had a young Colombian server and he was attentive, made great recommendations and very friendly. Great place for a city getaway!

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Very easy checkin and departure and the concierge and valet parking was an extra luxury. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Great location!

Best hotel I have stayed in, in a long time. The bar and the rooftop bar are busy, making it a great place to stay for some fun without having to go far for your room. I love (!!!) the room service boxes, they cover up all your dishes in a nice black box, no ugly dishes in the hallway. Little touches that remind me of Japan. I will stay again, every chance I get.

I stayed at the QT Melbourne hotel for three days. The staff were friendly, but one morning, I ordered a crepe for breakfast, which was excessively sweet. Another issue was with housekeeping; they didn’t change the sheets during my stay. In fact, there were a few stains on the sheets on the second and third days, and they didn’t address them.
