The room was well appointed and spacious however the outside traffic noise was dreadful as the resort is built very close to Bussel Highway.

Two nights at the Ramada.

Very pleased with the decor and furnishings at theproperty. Good value restaurant with special offers. Easy free parking. close to the beach.

Property on main road. Therefore a bit of road noise heard during the night. Everything else was good.

No escalator or lift to second floor (1st floor) and need to hand carry luggages through staircase. No shelter to hotel room during raining season. Not recommended with children and elderly. The Chocolate powder packet was bitten a hole.

Thank you for taking time to review your stay with us. I'm sorry that you encountered problems with carrying luggage to your room, we do ask that guest inform us if they need help with luggage as this can be organised. I have escalated the issue regarding chocolate to the housekeeping manager.
