Absolute water front in this ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment offering instant tranquillity from the moment you walk in the door. Main bedroom has a plush queen bed with ensuite, the second bedroom is furnished with a double bunk (single on top) & separate bathroom/laundry. Free Wi-Fi, Netflix and patio w/BBQ overlooking a large grassed area & the River. Sit out & fish on the jetty, soak up the sunshine in your own quiet oasis. Ideal for families, couples or friends getting away.

The Space:
The spacious apartment has an open living area with flat screen SMART TV, complete with free WIFI and Netflix. located on the ground floor with no steps to enter, and access to a single private lock-up garage.

The kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook up a storm and a Nespresso coffee machine for those who can’t live without their morning coffee.

With outdoor dining & BBQ, the patio provides the perfect place for you to sit back and enjoy the view with your morning coffee or evening meal.

The master bedroom has a plush queen bed for you to melt away in, as well as an ensuite and a private outdoor area to offer a little parents retreat.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top, double on the bottom as well as a pull out trundle bed which can be made up for an extra guest upon request.

The second bathroom has a shower/bath combo and toilet.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer is also conveniently located in the unit.

The apartment is also equipped with a cot, high chair and stroller to make it a little easier on travelling families.

This property has one car parking space with its own private lock-up garage (unfortunately this is not suitable for large vehicles). Please note visitor parking is available however it is limited. There is also street parking available but please note this is timed and limited.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the Maroochydore River in a quiet residential block. You are a few minutes walk to Ocean Street dining precinct, 15 min walk to cotton tree beach, 10 minute walk to sunshine plaza and a short drive to Mooloolaba.

Getting Around:
There is a great bus service right nearby which will take you all over the coast however most travelling with cars will find this unit easy to navigate the coast from.

Other Things to Note:
The lock-up garage is available for your use however it has low clearance so may not fit all 4WD type vehicles (It's 2010mm high and 2400mm wide). Please remember that you’re staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat our home with respect. If any problems arise, we will endeavour to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Rest by the River
This property is well located and the few steps to the river made throwing in a line fun. Very quiet accommodation and the view of the river is terrific. Can't wait to book again.

Family Gathering
Having stayed at this unit previously before being taken over by vrbo, I was nice to see it had been given a make over, nice and bright but I did feel it was lacking a few things in the kitchen especially a large frying pan when wanting to cook breakfast for the family. Would have also expected a dishwasher in the kitchen. I also experienced issues with the final check in email. The links for the bond form etc was not visible, seems to be a cliche in the system, might be worth checking out. Other than that the location is great for fishing and relaxing by the river, close to the pub, supermarket and restaurants in Ocean Street.

Amazing location on the water
What a great location for our family getaway, ground floor unit on the water in a quiet street and within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops and Sunshine Plaza. Unit was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The whole family enjoyed kayaking, bike riding and fishing off the private jetty. This place is an absolute hidden treasure.

Great location
The unit was clean and welcoming, however the real clincher is the location. Not only right on the river bit your walking distance to everything, great to not be in the car every day. Great unit. Will definatley be back in the future
