"Brice was not very helpful. He made me wait 30 minutes before I got to my room. Then the key cards didn't work. He didn't folliw me to my room to see if I had trouble with the key cards. So to the front desk to go get him. Then I didn't have TV remote control. I couldn't get a coffee maker. All thistimw I hadto use the restroom VERY badly. No public restrooms?! I'm a guest notthe public!! "
