Thanks for the review James. I have been told by customers about our super comfy beds, glad you had a great sleep. To help the environment, we don't supply shampoo and conditioner as we are trying to limit the amount of plastics used.

Hello John, Thank you for your review. You did however book that room type when you made the booking. It states the following in Wotif: Universal Access Triple Sleeps 3 1 King Bed and 1 Single Bed Free WiFi Free self-parking Reserve now, pay deposit Room amenities Accessibility Access via exterior corridors Wheelchair accessible It also shows pictures of the room and bathroom displaying hand rails and a flat floor shower. We did actually have an enquiry after you booked requiring wheelchair access, however we had to turn them away, as you had already booked that room type.
