Dear Eileen We have about 80% of all inhouse guest dining with us and we are receiving a lot of comments on how good a value fore money our offer is! And it is, i have made the market research many times and all the time and you can be assured that we offer value for money compared to our competition. Just last week a college from a restaurant near by had dinner hear and commented on how reasonable priced we were. We also offer espresso machines with Coffee pods which no one else does at that lower price level room that you booked. We provide a service and need to make money with that service. We offer endless instand coffee and tea free of charge and only charge 1 for a coffee pod. I don't know of any hotel i have ever stayed that you get espresso coffee pods for free in a standard room. In a superior suite, for sure but not in a standard room. To answer your question the capsule cost 45sent without labour cost and Gst. And just on a sidenote you stayed in our superior suite because we upgraded you for free, an upgrade worth 200 and you are concerned about 1 for a coffee pod. Well some people are never happy, they want it all for free. We can't do that, we need to service and replace broken Coffee machines. Best regards and good luck in your research for free coffee

Dear Tony Thank you for staying with us. Our restaurant is open 5 nights a week and during school holidays 7 nights that is what is advertised all over the internet. So your comment of No Restaurant is surprising. We are 1,2 km from town where you find all other restaurants open on a Thursday. That is why we choose that day to close. The information on other restaurants can be found at the visitor, due to the pandemic and the aftermath of it every opening hours change all the time and we can not and will not be able to follow up on that. People do not even update their google pages regularly. You booked our smallest room, we suggest to book a larger studio if you need something more spacious, that is only a few difference. We wish you all the best to find something more to your likening next time.
