I checked in with my girlfriend and things were okay... got into the room and the bellman turned on the air-conditioning and with the courtesy, I gave him a tip... After he left, I checked the bathroom to find that there no towels... called and it took 45 minutes to bring 2 towels to my room. After a long plane trip, I decided not to go out and retrieved for the evening... In the morning, I woke up to find water all over the corner of the wall...I reported the incident and they said they will fix it. The next night, the A/C unit was blowing hot air and that went through the night, I complained about it, again and again, they said they will fix the matter. the 3rd night the A/C unit again blew out hot air...the did offer me to change room on the 2nd night...but it was crazy to pack all out store-bought items and personal belongings just to move for one more night there...they said again they will fix the A/C and apologies. Well, my 3rd night was just hot air and it was really ...the worst stay of my travel without any compensation for my misery... I asked for a credit for the days of the discomfort and they said they cannot do anything about it...Imagine, 2 days of a hot room and they can't do anything about it... There was no manager around to make a decision and I questioned as to why can't I get compensation for the dis-comfort the hotel has caused me and my girlfriend?... Again their answer was "I'm Sorry" .. I don't think that I can recommend this hotel to others!
