2 tv remotes - both did not work! when fixed, only 3 local channels. thermostat did not work! bathroom fan did not work!. furniture looks old & filthy. roaches in the bathroom & sleeping area! staff only works 9am to 9pm & front desk does not answer even during work hours!

Room was filthy. Staff advised they are under renovation, they should closed and open after the renovation. Also no hot water and I was advised that the maintenance is only until 7 pm. I demanded to be transferred to another room, they send a maintenance personnel and reset the water heater. Staff are accommodating specially the security personnel.

Too many requirements agreements that you have to sign, when checking in and then they inventory all items in your room and you sign a document that if they are missing or damaged you pay an huge amount of money before checking out. Did not like the attitude of bad customer service. But all the service peopple were very nice. Its just the hotel policy that is bad. To my taste. I will not stay here again.

Great staff but hotel very dirty
Although the staff were very friendly the room was very dirty and looked loke it had not been cleaned. The plates were chipped and there was a broken faucet in the bathroom. This, however, was immediately fixed. Breakfast was disappointing although the coffee was good and bread was ample. The staff were super efficient so it's a pity that the condition of the hotel was so poor

The property is fairly affordable for it's location, basically all of the staffs are pretty nice. But there are some small issues when I was in the hotel: 1. The toilet room accidentally locked on my 3rd day after I am going back from work. Probably the cleaner accidentally locked it. Lucky I am not in a rush, thus need to wait for the Maintenance people to open it. 2. Please make sure you don't open and close the door too quickly. The door can be opened from outside (it's the case for my room) if it happens. Leave the door open for 2-3 seconds and then close it. 3. Refrigerator is not working.

Comfortable room, windows were very dirty could hardly see the view the breaker for the hot water would go off all the time a real problem when trying to have a warm shower. Did not have extra pillows the first night.

Staycation - Reunion
The hotel staff kept on knocking just to remind about a lot lf stuff such as extra bill if you destroy something. Checking in the moring by ringing you door instead of doing a complimentary call. The lights and the ambience is to dark for comfort, no room to adjust it in your liking.

Terrible hotel
A terrible hotel. Internet is not stable. Room are dirty and not good condition Stain in the wall stain in the sofa Aircon is not workjng properly. Will never book this hotel ghey need a majot renovation.
