1/5 Terrible

Travelled with group
Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The staff refused to provide us with toilet paper which is the very basic and essential necessity that a hotel should provide! They're running 200 hotel rooms and their excuse was that "we're out of toilet paper!" Rooms are no where near what the pictures show, they're very tight, only one electrical receptacle which is behind the TV, zero appliances inside the room, no trash bin inside the room (had to use the one near the toilet) Don't get fooled by the pictures!

3/5 Okay

Travelled with partner
Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The hotel was old and outdated. Shag carpet, old furniture, etc. Beds were ok comfort wise, but we both woke up with sore backs. The hotel lobby was decent. They had a bar that was pretty well stocked and a huge fireplace (fun for winter). We ate at Roberto’s and the food and drinks were great (very large servings). We stayed for NYE and paid a small fortune, but even if the price was lower, we probably would not stay here again.

4/5 Good

Travelled with family
Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Amenities
Overpriced for what we got. Our room didn't even have a trash bin and notes on indoor facility trash cans said we had to put our own trash in the outside trash bin which was hard to find and covered in snow. Staff was lacking in friendliness and hospitality. When I called prior to arrival, the receptionist had no idea about anything and told me to just show up and find out. When we checked in, we were not offered any information regarding coffee service, spa availability, etc. Was just handed a key. No TV guide, bathroom was dirty and ugly and had mold.
