* You have agreed that when you entered the property you did not have a fever or had any symptoms of COVID


*****Owner is not held responsible if the pool, Jacuzzi, rec room or laundry room and electors is close for unexpected repairs. Hot water heater is 50 gallons electric hot water heaters and electric does not re heat as fast as gas. Therefore, if you allow long shower or baths in a row, you may run out of hot water temporarily. The owner is not held responsible.
