The Location - The beautiful home on Redesdale Street has a gorgeous outlook on the large back deck and is approximately 400m away from Caswell Reserve Park waterfront (perfect for kids to play and swim) and the Tilligerry Habitat and furry-friendly beach, Billy Beach Off-Lead Dog area. Those who are nature lovers will certainly be thrilled with this area.

The house is a fisherman’s dream, especially in marlin season, with Lemon Tree Passage boat ramp (an easy ramp for boats of all sizes) just 3.9km away, and 24-hour petrol just 14km drive away, at Salt Ash. There's plenty of room to park the boat, too.

It's also not too far away from the fine dining experience that is The Poyer's. Located 6 mins away in Lemon Tree Passage, it's “A Hidden Paradise” on the water. The Poyer’s is a family owned and operated business that focuses on fresh food and creating a social and relaxed dining experience for locals and visitors. Diners can order breakfast and lunch Wednesday through Sunday and dinner Friday and Saturday.

The House - Our two-storey home could be your next holiday destination supporting your furry friends, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, split air conditioning and a wi-fi connection to post all the marvellous photos of your holiday. On the upper level, we have an open plan living, kitchen and dining room. The lounge room has a flat screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi connection, a ceiling fan and split air conditioning. This kitchen includes an island table for those times you'd like to cuddle around with the family and have a cuppa. It's fully equipped with quality appliances such as a microwave, an oven and a fridge/freezer, and ample cupboard space. The dining space leads onto the covered deck area that features an alfresco dining set, perfect for entertaining. On our multiple decks, enjoy the view of our spacious fenced backyard overlooking Spear Point, perfect for the whole family.

The first and second bedroom has one queen bed each offering a spacious amount of room. The third room has a single bed and a trundle tucked away. All our bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep those hot summer nights at bay. There is also a sofa bed in the rumpus room that can fit two more people, accommodating up to 8. There are two bathrooms, one on each level, with a shower, toilet and vanity. Quiet off street parking is provided for guests parking and can accommodate two vehicles including a large boat.

Smoke alarms are at this property. Linens are supplied with all beds in this property (including the trundle and sofa bed). Bed makes are included (except for trundle and sofa bed).

Awesome house!
Best place we have stayed at in years. Very clean and well set up for groups. Lots of goodies to share (tea, coffee, sauces, cooking oil etc. supplied) Beds already made and plenty of spare linen and towels. Very modern amenities and renovated kitchen made it easy to use. Loved the real homely feel of the house, the street and the area. So close to the water, club and shops, very convenient. All dealings with the agent were pleasant and easy from the booking to checking out I would highly recommend this house for any future holidays. Very happy campers!

A great house for families
We stayed in this house over a weekend as we were attending a family wedding in the area. We had lots of visitors popping in over weekend, and the house was equipped to cope with them all. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and glasses for all our guests. And the house felt like a home - not too sterile, lots of lovely little nicnacs and plenty of books to read. It's in a lovely quiet spot and just a short stroll to the water's edge. Beds were a little soft for our taste, and we couldn't find an iron or ironing board which would have been nice. And in places of this calibre, we've grown to expect a coffee machine, but there wasn't one. Aside from these couple fo things the place was great.

Great location for us. House very clean and has a homely feel. We didn’t use much but if we needed anything cupboards were fully stocked. Beds very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay, only thing was hot water didn’t last very long. Otherwise perfect place any would definitely come back and recommend.

Awesome surroundings and good place to stay.
We were informed that key to the property has to be picked up from Winning holidays office in Nelson bay. When we arrived at the office the key was not there and was told to go to the property. If we were told earlier, we would have save the time driving 40 minutes from Nelson Bay to the property and go straight to the property. Had to call few times to find out how we can collect the keys.

Winnings suck
Check in process would not allow check-in without upgrade. No phone numbers on any Google search for winnings Holliday's. Found a number on maps. Call Went to Indian call centre that said to go to winnings port Stephens office and they would call office. An hour later no call. An hour and a half extra driving to get a sport we did not call or email back. Horrible experience.

Relaxing stay
Lovely, petfrienxly, very clean house, well equipped with nice garden and several decks. Quiet neighbourhood and 5 min walk to beach and Tilligerry Habitat. Matresse a bit too soft for me and only ceiling fans in bedrooms. Not quite sufficient for warm, humid nights. Otherwise great stay and owners even left a bottle of sparkly for us! Thank you :)

A nice getaway.
Was not sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. Wish I had a boat with me, would’ve been perfect. The house was awesome. Clean, well presented and everything we needed. Kids were able to do their thing downstairs while we chilled upstairs. Comfy beds and a quiet neighbourhood. Local “beach” is great and dog friendly. Not a lot of amenities nearby, and 30+ minutes drive to any beaches. But good feed down the street in Lemon Tree Passage, and don’t miss Murray’s Brewery. Great pit stop for the whole family.
