Room very outdated, nothing like the photos. Burn marks in the carpet, rust in the bathroom. Like stepping back into the 1980s! Asked a reception said there was nothing they could do.

Nice hotel conveniently located by the airport with lots of nice dining options nearby. The rooms were very clean and staff was wonderful. The only issue is there could be more shuttles going to the airport on during peak times but would definitely stay there again.

They do a great job with pickup and drop off to the airport, 5minutes to 1,2 & 3 and 10 minutes to 4.
What is truly assume, the Madrid Metro is a 10min walk with additional service to the terminals but also access to Central Madrid if you want a quick visit to the city.
One of the best inclusive breakfast services I have experienced.
