Guests can enjoy access to the 350 plus acres of pasture and woodland on the Rousdon Estate. Those that are able will find, a secluded pebble beach, awash with all manner of flotsam and jetsam, but perhaps more importantly - crystal clear waters for swimming and snorkelling.
Locally, there is an abundance of choice for days out. Lyme Regis is a short three mile drive East. This resort has something for all ages, and will be a go to for your family meals out. 4 miles west lies the quieter resort town of Seaton, and beyond are the seaside villages Beer and Branscombe and the ever charming Victorian seaside town of Sidmouth.
