DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! This is without doubt the WORST hotel i have ever stayed in. The rooms are filthy, the bed was filthy with pubic hairs and sand on the sheets. The bathroom was filthy, toilet bowl was black. The shower had no water and the hand basin water was cold. The heating did not work and the temperature was -3. Returning from a wedding at 10:30 pm,The lock on my door was jammed and I was unable to get in my room, there wad no staff on site and everywhere was in completed darkness. When i used the contact number from Expedia, the woman who answered struggled to understand my problem and I had to wait 90 minutes for help in the freezing cold. Shame on Expedia for recommending this terrible place!!!!!

We apologize for the bad experience in our place. That's the first time that we have encountered for the door lock problem. We knew that's no problem during the day time after your check in. And we are so upset that the door lock had problem after your wedding party.

A little disappointed

We were impressed that they accommodated our early check-in, but we were a little disappointed with the state (ie. cleanliness) of the room. It was very dusty, and the couch was to dirty to feel comfortable sitting on.... there were spiders in webs in the room, and the door to the balcony would not slide. For the price of the room we were expecting a little bit more. Unfortunately, we don't think we will be staying there again.

Need to buckle up their socks

Very very run down property, isolated and unpleasant stay overall. There are cob webs and spider eggs in the villas. This showed that the property is not well maintained. Air conditioner was not working properly especially in summer with a scorching temp of almost 40 degrees.

This place is run down. Communication with the owners was a challenge. They know how to charge and process the payment, but do not know anything about their surroundings, local services or attractions. There are signs in the kitchenette requesting guests to wash all plates before leaving, problem is, there were no plates. There was no sharp knife, and only one other bread and butter knife. Coffee cups needed to be washed before we could use them. Bed was comfortable and linen clean. Price ‘vs’ facilities ratio - not good.

Thank you for you comment. Our staff always stands by in reception and can able to introduce local services or attractions. We will look into the cooking utensils as mentioned. The card payment can only process on check in date with all the details released from Expedia group with the details provided by guest during reservation made.

Kitchen is very old and most of wine glasses are plastic. Water pressure is not stable.

Good location, rooms are aged and need some renovation. Sliding door to the deck was nearly impossible to be open. Bed was very comfortable.

Cosy little loft

The room is very very cosy, especially with the bathroom being so open! Totally ok for either one person or for a couple who have been together for a while and past that awkward stage, not recommended for a very first away trip together! But it was cute. Nice and peaceful, no traffic noise.

Definitely overpriced for the condition it’s in.

Lots of debris & boxes etc laying about everywhere. Room wasn’t clean, we weren’t game to use the bathroom! Had to wash up all glasses & cutlery etc as they were dirty inside the cupboards. Definitely too expensive for the condition of “resort”.

Basic accomodation but clean and tidy. Poor water pressure and limited tv options but a great rural retreat in a nice setting.
