This property is very centrally located and it's easy walking to all everything in Hollywood. What sets this hotel apart is the excellent service and beautiful, modern rooms with amazing views.

It is not often when i can check ALL the boxes for "what i liked about this hotel - safe, quiet, convenient, transportation, parking, etc. Front desk was friendly. They were able to check us in before checkin time which i was grateful for after a 7 hour drive. Rooms were clean, hotel bright, everything you need is there or literally next door.

I liked the view from my room. I liked all the shopping in the vicinity of the hotel. Staff was amazing and the hotel is beautiful.

This property is amazing. the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially Mercedes on the front desk who went above and beyond to help us with a smooth check in and brilliant rest of our stay. the rooms were cleaned everyday and they were absolutely spotless. the location is spot on, the Chinese Theatre a three minute walk away and plenty of fast food options around. there was not many restaurants within walking distance. the pool was lovely and heated and there was always plenty of pool towels. it was also great that as part of the city tax you get access to the bowling, cinema and hop on hop off bus free of charge, however you do only get one ticket for each per room. overall this hotel was brilliant and if i return to LA i will definitely stay here again :)

Greatly disappointed in the run down bathroom! Tile was cracked in shower & all along floor, looked like someone tried painting white over some of the badly stained grout & the door had severe gouges across middle & was chipped up along bottom of both sides. Not what I expected for $400 ! The bed was wonderful.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It was clean and the staff were very helpful at all times. I would definitely stay here again as the location was very convenient, and central to all the main tourist attractions.

I stayed a night in an upper room and the view was amazing! I only wish they would do a window cleaning, perhaps after rains stop. The pool wasn’t as high as I expected but still nice. Great location with mall right next door and several dining options. Also Walk of Fame around the corner, although not the safest. Valet parking is steep but self parking available in mall garage. All staff was very kind. I’d definitely stay again.
