The rooms are very old. Beds were uncomfortable. People were loud at night. They don’t clean bed frame, it was very oily and sticky. They charge $50 per night per parking. Breakfast was good. Shuttle drivers were helpful and friendly.

Beds are very uncomfortable. People are really loud at night. Rooms look very old, the bathroom faucets don’t close properly. They charge $50 per night for parking. Breakfast was good. Shuttle drivers were friendly. Close to the airport

Just needed a place to stay overnight before our plane home. Really like how embassy suites has a separate bedroom at this price point! Very much needed and appreciated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to Lax was easy peasy for a 0515 ride. The only negative was the charging ports on multiple light stands/wall lights in the room didn’t work. One of the bedside lights didn’t work. Not much walkable for food. Nearby starbucks/sandwich places close early. Wuite a few options to order from room service- but expensive. Thank you Would stay again for a night

Beware of 15USD/night admin fee charged by hotel over and above Expedia price. This was rather hidden in the Expedia details. Parking is hourly or a ridiculous $49/night but first 30 mins are free. Lot is rather small with no street parking. We were able to check in, park for under 30 mins and return our rental vehicle a few blocks away from hotel as it's just one street from the main drag to/from LAX. Shuttle was great. No set schedule, but comes every 30 mins and/or depending on demand around the clock. We were worried when we could catch the early morning shuttle, but at 4 AM there was one waiting as we got to the lobby and we boarded as the first customers. Another small party was right behind us and the driver then wasted no time and headed for the airport only 5-10 mins away. Another bonus was we got two tickets for comp beer/wine at the bar before 7 PM. We didn't take advantage, but it was a nice gesture. Suite with 2 queens was nicely appointed. Seperate room with two queens and living space with sofa bed and dining table for 4 with built-in office desk and chair. Included sink in coffee bar w/ slightly larger than mini-fridge and mw. Would prefer if bathroom was accessible from outside the separate room or have separate door for toilet only as we had a party of 6 with young children. Not all quiet as you can near jet engines throttle on runway and planes take off every few mins through the night. Swimming pool was murky and wasn't clean.

Everything we needed for our first night when we just needed to sleep. When it says there is a fridge and a microwave - it means just that! There are no utensils or crockery beyond cups. Really good breakfast with helpful staff.

Hotel had a complementary drink, awaiting on arrival. Pool and Jacuzzi. Extra towels provided by a robot it was faster than a human lol Buffet breakfast was good too!

There is a lot of traffic you can hear all night long. Planes, fire trucks, ambulances, etc. I didn’t realize the hotel was under the flight path and we would hear the planes landing and leaving. It was easy to find the location. The breakfast buffet was great our first day, but then continued to decline the 4 days we stayed. No milk, no yogurt, no muffins, etc. The room keys struggled at first and wouldn’t open the parking garage, then wouldn’t work at all, so I had to go to the front desk a few times. Also they kept running out of towels at the pool even when we asked for some they never brought any so we had to grab a few off a maid cart. Overall we enjoyed our stay, especially our kids.
