What a lovely place to spend my birthday! We enjoyed the quiet lovely area and walks to the beach and Venice Canals. It was very nice to cook all our own meals! I would definitely come back again!

Everything was exactly as advertised. The place is extremely clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the apartment is within walking distance of almost anything you want to do. Great communication with the host. I highly recommend this rental.

Best apartment ever
This is literally better than staying at a hotel. The apartment is simply so great with a lot of space and in a good area just walking distance from Venice Beach. Restaurant and bars just close by. Can’t wait to go back and live there again!

Brilliant place for the price. Walkable to beach or dining precincts and a stone's throw to Venice Canals. Clean, tidy, eclecticly decorated with heaps of towels, enough kitchenette paraphenalia to.reheat something, make a cuppa, pletbt of toilet paper, even a beach bag! I was a bit worries from.some reviews, but i felt completely secure, safe and enjoyed the friendly, relaxed vibe of the area and, as long as you realise its NOT a hotel or a condo, but a small residential apartment complex, then you will enjoy this spot as much as i have.

Perfect home away from home
Everything was clean, tidy, and cozy! The property had nice touches such as some toiletry items, coffee, tea, and bottle water. Attention to detail was a strong point here! The parking was a little tight, but it fits a small, compact car just fine.

Absolutely amazing property. Close to the beach and it was also close to my daughter that we were visiting. Clean. Comfortable. Communication was wonderful and check-in/out was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

Check in was keyless and all details were easily shared a few days before arrival including where to park our car on site. We loved the property. Clean & more than enough space for my son & I. Air conditioning was great as it was a heat wave while we were here. Also loved how close it was to Venice Beach (3 blocks away) but far enough away that we didnt have to worry about noise. Loved walking around the canals which were so close to the property! Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean, super comfortable bed, nice amenities and good aircon. The place is a short walk to the beach and to the main shopping strip. The street feels residential, was quiet and enjoyable. Overall we loved our stay!

I like this place but the noise drives me crazy.
Noise issue. I am sorry to say because the location is good and the size I like. But this time we hardly sleep enough due to all the foot steps and snores.

Nice condo accommodations in favorable location in VENICE. Only negative was the walls are super thin so you could hear other guests pretty easily as well as traffic outside.

Great location to venice and santa Monica beach, close to freeways, i would definitely stay there again, i will say, if you are on the larger side using the restroom may pose a bit of a challenge as the toliet location wasn't thought out thoroughly but other than that great place

I had a great experience here! I was travelling alone for the first time and the property felt very safe. It was immaculate when I got there, and I am a stickler for cleanliness. The in unit washer/dryer was super helpful as well. Definitely would recommend!

Thank you so much Joseph. He was very helpful and so nice. Our car got stacked from battery damaged at the parking spot though after checked out the room, he let us park the car for free for one night. We were very appreciated. Also of course the place was very comfortable, clean and felt like we are staying home. Thank you again. We really appreciate you. We definitely come back.

A really cozy, quiet place. Very nice and well kept. Would love to stay again. Kept on getting orange fuzz throughout the rooms (?). Not sure what caused it but it wasnt from our linen. Started to appear everywhere even in the bathroom. Parking was tight, wasnt accessible 1st night due to locals parking in spot. Next door renters didnt have access code tried for awhile to get in.
