In need of relaxing holiday with ocean views and a central location? Then look no further! We invite you into our spacious one bedroom apartment here in Lorne. With a pull out couch, spacious kitchen, large wet room/shower, washer and dryer, enough space for four people and all the facilities that a resort can offer, you will not be disappointed!

The apartment itself is a self contained, non serviced unit with discrete mobility friendly aids throughout, making it accessible for families with small children as well as those who require some extra assistance. All linen and towels are provided, along with basic kitchen and bathroom necessities to get your holiday off to the best start! The fully equipped kitchen comes with a microwave, a full sized fridge, stove top, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The adjoining living room follows with TV and DVD and to add a bit of luxury, its own Nespresso Machine.

The extended balcony, 18 sq meters, with a Weber Barbecue is the perfect excuse to enjoy a beer and a burger overlooking the ocean and the beautiful grounds of the complex without ever leaving the apartment. Ideal for families young and old, including dogs.

Although our apartment is pet friendly, the Cumberland Resort is not and we ask our guests and their pets to respect this. We do have a few conditions.
*All pets must be requested
*There is a refundable pet bond, $150,and an additional, non refundable, cleaning
fee, $50
*Pets must never be left alone in the apartment or allowed on the furniture.
*All pets must be under owners control and be on lead at all times while within the
resort grounds and on all common property areas, the gardens and the car park.
*Pets are not allowed in indoor areas, including the pool area, games room, squash
courts or close to the BBQ facilities.
*The apartment is a one bedroom unit, and is only suitable for small dogs, one per

As we live in the area and have an abundance of information of Lorne, The Great Ocean Road, Otway bushwalking and surrounding towns. We are happy to suggest or recommend the best dining and shopping that Lorne has to offer. The resort is only a short walk from the main shopping and food street, the beach and the famous Lorne Pier if you prefer to explore on your own.


Due to ever changing Covid-19 we are keeping a close eye on all the current information as it happens and will operate our bookings in line with all the government restrictions as they apply. As we are part of the Cumberland Resort we will be taking note of all restrictions of common area properties such as the indoor facilities like the swimming pool. These areas will be opened and operated in line with government guidelines.
If a guest has to cancel due to government restrictions we will work with them to reschedule the booking or provide a refund.

Inside the apartment we will have extra cleaning between bookings and, where possible, will have 24 hours between each stay, no back to back bookings where possible. We will have extra sanitising products for guest's use while staying in our apartment and encourage our guests to use safe practices while at the Resort and in Lorne.

To all our guests, past and future we look forward to welcoming you back to our apartment. We have loved having our amazing guests stay with us and helping to create some beautiful and long lasting memories. Hopefully in the not to distant future we will see you all again. Wonderful stay with ocean views
We had such a wonderful trip! Great apartment- so close to beachfront and the shops. Lovely ocean view from balcony and living room. Clean apartment. Coffee machine, tv, fridge/freezer, cooktop. Everything you need for a great holiday. Handy milk bar close by too if you need to nip out for anything. Loved it. Can’t wait to visit again wi to family and our dog 😃

A perfect stay
Just got home from a beautiful experience - hotel was immaculate, fully featured and felt like home. Location was incredible and so was the view. Pearse and Chris were a dream to interact with and we can’t rave enough about our stay. Will be our first choice when returning to Lorne - thanks guys!

Older apartment but very clean and has everything that you need. Location is fantastic, walk out the front door and you have the shops, restaurants and beach. Would definitely come back again.
