Thank You For Staying With us At Jetty Motel , We are sorry to see your review as it doesnt reflect our motel or our staff , sadly since your arrival at our motel you refused to follow direction of staff , you became very demanding of our staff members and when our night receptionist tried to gently explain the rules on seafood , you got very heated when simply explaining the rule is no seafood in any fridge within the motel as it a health and safety issue for all guest as you didnt understand that by doing that it runs major risk if we have a fellow guest checking in and may have a allegic reaction to seafood that may make them getting very ill or even cause death for some people with a seafood allegry , as your fully aware when you stay in any MOTEL there rules and guidelines to be followed for the safety of all guest and staff members now the seafood wasnt the only issue but i am not one to list all the rules you did break , i tried to speak to you nicely , i also explained it a number of times so im sorry your unhappy with your stay here because i put my foot down for health and safety .Im sorry you seemed to dislike the staff and the way we run things but we have a beautiful 4 star motel so within the way things are run and service we give is reflected in all our other guest who are happy with how we look after every single guest and work we all put in to have our Motel running as amazing as it does so we look forward to you staying with us again if you choose to but without the a bucket fish
