The apartment features two bedrooms and a spacious patio. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.This apartment has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. The apartment is located on the ground floor and it features a spacious patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and features modern appliances. There is also a dining table seating all guests. The living area comes with a comfortable sofa and armchairs. The bedrooms feature a king bed and a double bed.. The bathrooms are clean and neat and one is en suite for added convenience. The home also has high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits not far from Brixton tube stations.Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this apartment and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted.
