This small hotel was a real surprise. Our first time in London, we picked this option completely blind, guided by the location on the map and the reviews. Well, it did not disappoint. The property itself is very quintessential London. The street is very quite but just around the corner, half a block a way, the area comes to live with shops, restaurants and bars, and three tube stations (2 lines). Hyde Park a short walking distance. The property was clean, comfy beds, nice linens and generous breakfast at a very reasonable price. Staff was very kind and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay at this property again. Hopefully soon!

Positive points: lovely room, can’t fault the facilities at all. Convenient for the airport and parking is a real bonus, as was social hour. Negative point: receptionist said she’d booked a minicab for 0425 as requested but she hadn’t, causing us considerable anxiety. The night receptionist was very helpful and he organised a taxi so we were at the airport by 0515. I would definitely stay here again.
