The hotel is a 6 minute walking distance from Buckingham Palace and the Palace of Westminster which is in the opposite direction is also a short walking distance away. The staff are extremely professional and kind, and the rooms are breathtaking with awesome views directly below.

Beautiful hotel with attentive staff that is conveniently located near popular British attractions, ex. Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. Would stay here again when visiting London.

Large rooms, even large bathrooms, comfortable beds, excellent concierge service, less than 5 min walk to St. James's Park Tube station, helpful courteous staff. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Staff excellent no complains there, Properly is terrible because of renovations, We were never told no signs I almost fell. Because of a carpet that was placed in front of elevator. No Wi-Fi on the first day furniture is in terrible condition very dated these rooms. We will not be going back there.

Nice but slightly dated Staff are great but….. Front desk and Halls are heavily scented - to the point of almost unbearable - my wife who is allergic to such senses would have insisted on checking out the moment we entered Systems not great - three ties to get room key right On a positive they did upgrade the room

The service was excellent- from the time we got out of the cab- the staff was there assisting us as welcoming us. Check in was a breeze. Jeff at the front desk was very helpful. My room was upgraded, that was a pleasant surprise. There were other amenities like safe na and spa but I didn’t avail of it, maybe on my next stay. Daily room cleaning was good. Excellent breakfast choices. Excellent staff, hotel is good location.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Upgraded room was much appreciated. Staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and dinner in the House of Ming was exceptional. Location couldn’t be surpassed-so many attractions within walking distance. Well done to all! Looking forward already to returning to your fabulous hotel.

The service was amazing and the staff super friendly. The first night was awful as the air conditioning broke. We woke up drenched in sweat. It was practically unbearable and we could not stomach another night like this. After we spoke to a manager and advise that the technician could not fix the problem, We were upgraded to a super nice luxurious suite as an apology.

We had a lovely time, except for seeing a mouse in the restaurant. We alerted the waiter who said that the manager was informed, but never heard anything. The mouse hung out in the area that has breakfast for quite awhile. The room and other amenities were nice, I just would have expected to hear a response to that kind of rodent in the dining facility.

A lovely stay with very friendly and helpful staff. Easy travel by tube from St James Park only a 3 minute walk. A short wait for tables at breakfast but nice to have the option of Indian dishes alongside a well stocked buffet. Happy to return

The hotel is nice and well located within walking distance to tourist attractions.. breakfast buffet is not that good ! They are always overbooked and it’s very busy , you always have to wait to get sited, food options are very limited ! Staff it’s nice and very friendly .. stay was great !

What a great hotel! The staff were lovely offering us a free upgrade and early check in which was so generous. It’s in a great location close to Buckingham Palace and a Tube station with many great food options nearby. The hotel itself was also very clean, in great condition, and the room’s window opened up to a beautiful courtyard. I highly recommend a night here!
