Really affordable hotel at such a fantastic location in London. Clean hotel and well kept daily

Stayed at this hotel for New Years. Was disappointing as I was expecting something so much better from the look of photos. Have to walk up a set of tiny stairs to reach the reception, was difficult with a big suitcase. They have a lift from reception to other floors but was a bit scary as we were stuck between two floors to begin with. Given our room key and the room was horrible. It was tiny, the view was horrible, back of houses with bins and other rubbish. Walls were plastered with Frozen 2 stickers from previous customers, cups were unwashed and the bathroom was horrible. Complained to the receptionist and they were able to move us to a new room which was slightly better. They did allow us to leave our bags in the reception over the day.

It is extremely difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. The hotel said it was a buffet breakfast but all we got was an apple, a warm yogart, and 2 mini muffins.

    Very unclean. Dirty spoons. Dusty sides. Limescale on taps. Shower gel on shower floor from previous occupier. Wouldn't recommend.
