The staff was very friendly and more than willing to help with any issues. She was very polite and a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely consider staying there the next time I choose to visit london

We rented this apartment because it located close to the most famous landmarks. Apartment is small, but functional. Inside the apartment you can find everything you need for 3-4 days of stay. However, I would not recommend to rent this apartment if you are going to stay in summer time. It has no AC! This property is surrounded by office buildings, therefore it was needed to keep blinds inside apartment always closed and if outside temperature is high, you literally cannot rest.
