The receptionist was very polite and accommodating. Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay , we ran out of toilet roll as it was not delivered in spite of us asking before we did.

Our room was accurately described. Staying on the 10th floor of LSE in student accommodation, our room was small but exactly as stated on the online description (so we knew exactly what we were getting!). The room (10:1) had an excellent view of the London Eye and was very quiet. We had access to a kitchen which was immaculate. If you're wanting a hotel room to relax in, recline in a comfy chair with a book.....this place is not for you! If you're looking for a conveniently located bolthole to explore London and crash in the evening....this place is perfect. A 30 second walk to Trafalgar square, friendly staff and a very clean room - this place ticked our boxes. Would definitely rebook.
