Very convenient when flying from Heathrow. Nice to have more than one bar/restaurant to choose from. Nice room. Cheerful, friendly staff. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a friendly check in, super clean, small but perfectly formed rooms with everything you need. Very comfy bed, pillow choices and lovely toiletry amenities. Can’t fault it - would stay again!

Not on the high end of Holiday Inn properties. The staff seemed disengaged and disinterested in being there. The team in the dining area, however, were wonderful. The room had a jet fuel smell which was concerning for all of us in the room. Would likey look for other lodging in the area next time.

This hotel met and exceeded my expectations. Beaten only by the Ritz in London in my experience but that was more than six times the price. The room, the staff and the breakfast were all excellent. The only criticism I could find is the bacon was a bit tough.

The hotel has a long walkway to get to but once you’re settled it’s very restful. I was able to sleep well but the room seemed warm. The bathroom was clean & shower had a lot of space for an airport hotel. Breakfast was okay. The bread, fruits, yogurt, orange juice was good. The coffee & latte uses a machine. It’s complimentary breakfast so it’s the basic buffet. The upholstery chairs in the breakfast area needs some steam cleaning but it’s ok. Very nice staff. I would come again if I need a convenient place to travel between terminals & to get a ticket to Paddington Station for other trips. I went for a day outing to Bath from Paddington Station. Good for 2 days or an early flight out.

Simply excellent in all respects, including comfortable bed, spacious shower, plus nice touches such as the reading lamps that pull out from the headboard, real glasses in the bathroom instead of plastic, choice of firm or soft pillows.

Since this hotel is connected to T4 you can walk inside from the terminal or the tube/underground/subway which is really convenient. We came from central London by the tube and then when we left went to T2 via a free shuttle. Made the transition very easy.
