Check-in was a misfire, I arrived a couple hours before the room was ready and had to wait in the lobby while seeing several other guests check in. Room 507 was clean and well appointed, but no view and the utility closet was excessively noisy. The noise sounded like a jack-hammer in the room and it was coming from the utility closet. Specifically request not to get this room and there is a chance you may enjoy your stay. I did not.

Excellent location, staff, restaurant......air conditioning didn't cool our room very well.....not hot, just not cool. Overall, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Reception staff and restaurant staff very bad mannered and very unhelpful. Reception staff have no idea how to treat customers and are rude to customers. All other staff have very strange behaviour and attitude. Strange place to stay. Expected more from a Hilton. Would never stay here again.

Incredibly convenient, located right at the Paddington station if you’re taking the Heathrow express you just walk into the shop area and up the escalator and you’re there. Lots of restaurant options in the shopping area as well as a full market. Our room was spacious for London, nicely upgraded bath and nice coffee station. The only complaint would be the slow lifts, it took forever to get an elevator.

The location was excellent and for one night it was OK. I should have requested a room on an upper floor. There was so much noise from the people on the street leaving/going to the train station. The drawers in the dresser were falling apart. Rug had stains on it.
