The property was renovating...which makes it unsafe in several areas. Only ONE ELEVATOR made it so time consuming especially when arriving and wanting only to get to your room asap. The front desk guy was great! Exceptional customer service and very kind. Breakfast needs to be hot. Hard BOILED eggs goes without saying should be HOT. They were refrigerator cold.

We do have two elevators one located in the back of the building and apologize if you were unaware of this. We were greeted by a construction zone at the hotel on 1/6/24. There was not a heads up that this would be the case. We could not use the front entrance, the lobby or the food area. We had to enter through a side door and use one tiny elevator as the other was blocked off. The carpet in the room was in desperate need of cleaning. The towels and sheets were clean as well as the parts of the floor that was not carpeted. We saw one staff member when we checked in at 10:00 pm and he was not very friendly. We won't be back.

It was under construction which was unknown to us. The noise, dust and inconvience of having to go outside to use the elevator was unexceptable to us. My husband had surgery while we were there and due to the problems we had to check out and drive 2 1/2 hours home.

Great selection for breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious. Nice and quiet on the 4th floor. The only thing I can complain about was insufficient parking around the front.

They were short staffed, but overall the stay wasn't bad. The room was clean and the beds slept comfortably. The breakfast was acceptable, nothing fancy or overly delicious, but adequate for putting something on your stomach. We felt safe in the area. The hotel was near a lot of eating/shopping places. We were just mins away from a Walmart.

Upon arrival I had to park in the rear of the building due to the resurfacing of the parking lot going on. I had to enter through the back door and walk the long hallway to reach the lobby to check in. I had recent surgery on one foot and stress fractures in the other leg, the long walk was a little difficult. The handicap bathroom in the room needs to be cleaned better and updated. The fold up seat in the tub had dirty used wash rags left on it, wasn’t noticeable until the seat was folded down. The caulking around the bottom of the toilet and around all the areas of the tub looked worn out and as if a child had applied it. The ironing board was very very small, had to place it on top of the cabinet / desk to iron. The 2 elevators were located at the very ends of the hallway and not in the middle as expected. There was a ice machine on the floor that worked, but no vending, I guess that they wanted you to buy their products from the lobby store. I got a cup of coffee from their 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby and found it to be cold. My advice to employees is to not be on your personal cell phone in view of your customers. I always stay at a Hampton when I travel, this one sure fell short of my expectations. One last note, the area is very busy and I would not recommend for walking. You definitely have to drive for shopping and dining.
