Above and Beyond our expectations
Huge thanks to Della for providing us with service that went above and beyond our expectations. Della was the one English speaker that we had dealings with at the hotel. The fabulous service started with email communications to us a few days prior to our stay to ensure that we had enough clothing to stay warm during the morning and evenings, and also if we needed a transfer to the hotel. When we arrived, Della greeted us and announced that we were given a room upgrade for free. She then accompanied us to our room to give a general orientation of the rooms features. Della then offered to escort us to the path that led to the Lijiang Old City, and she fulfilled that offer after we spent about 30 minutes in our beautiful room unpacking. The room was one of the nicest, luxurious rooms we have ever stayed in. On the day we were leaving, Della even gave us small gifts made by her Mother and she arranged a taxi to the airport for us. Again, thank you very much, Della.

從火車站打車，不用十五分鐘，便到到了酒店門前，完全不需拖着行李箱在古城凹凸不平的石頭路上走。酒店主動給我們房間升級，我們不懂去古城的路，酒店經理主動帶我們走了5分鐘到五一街的街口，之後，我們沿著五一街一直行，便到四方街。 酒店的房間很大，亦有特色，周圍環境很清靜。 早餐是自助，選擇足夠，亦很味美。
