Lovely Unit
The condo was very nice. Bedrooms and full bath were upstairs, with a half bath on the ground floor. Views were spectacular! Very near pool and easy parking. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable Mattresses
The unit needs to be updated - wish we had known that it had stairs - stairs were hard for us to climb as I'm in mid 70s and have a bad back, another person had a knee brace - thus it was difficult for us. I slipped once but was able to NOT injury myself but my daughter in law slipped and broke 2 toes. We put painters tape on the stairs so we could see where each step ended. There was a smoker in one of the next units as we had to close the slidder twice because the smoke was coming in. I would have called the front desk but there was no phone in the unit. The a/c units are facing directly onto one's head/face. There was to way to move the beds in order to avoid the direct cold air. As a result, I got sick with a cough and fever, I had to cancel a couple of events we had scheduled because I got sick. the A/C units need to be changed OR take them down and just put circulating fans and allow for the windows to be opened so the air is circulating. Other than these 2/3 items we enjoyed the unit and appreciated that it was stocked with the necessities. It also had good mattresses and comfortable LR chairs. The chairs came in very handy when I was to sick to go out.

I love Kauai!
Pros: Great location, super comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, A/C worked great, great balcony views Cons: Upstairs bathroom definitely needs updating-the shower head is not good, tv’s not the best (we didn’t mind this so much) Overall it was a great stay.

Clean but outdated
Let me start off by saying, we had a wonderful time on Kauai and will definitely be coming back someday. Having said that, the check in process was very easy however, the condominium is extremely outdated with old furniture. The A/C in the bedroom with the balcony worked but smelled so we tried not to have it on all of the time. The location is less than desirable. We had partial views of the ocean and park and shipping containers. I will say that the condo is in centrally located to all sides of the island. So that was a plus! If comfort and amenities aren't important to you, then you'll be fine however, if you prefer comfort and more modern furnishings (bed, sofa, kitchen)...then maybe look into a newer development. Also, we wantsed to wash our clothes but the washer was not working and they couldn't get anyone to fix it until after we checked out. I will say that the staff and property management were great and responsive! Mahalo!

Very tired property
We found the wall art to be dated, as well as all of the furniture. It felt like a flash-back to the 1970’s with very, very few updates to 2023 expectations. The washer uses a Home Depot paint stir stock to hold the lid open, for example. Unless significant renovations are made, my family will not be staying in this VRBO again. Thanks for listening.

Banyan harbor
We all loved it. So spacious. A little dated,but so what. We just slept there. Air conditioning was great. Balconies were nice. The pool area was great and the bbqs worked perf. I would recommend this place to all my people.

Great place for families!
Loved this place, especially for the price! There was enough room to fit us comfortably, a well-stacked kitchen, beach chairs, and the AC units worked wonderfully. The staff were kind and helpful and the location was awesome. Our little one loved seeing cruise ships out the window.
