This property is not up to the standards of Courtyard just in general. Everything from the entrance to the bedding NOT up to what we expect at a Courtyard!

Stayed at this property over the years during Keeneland months. So dissatisfied and disappointed in the upkeep of this great located property. The floors were dirty in lobby the AC was so loud in our room it was hard to sleep. The key never worked. We had to reset our key every single time we left and got back. I’ll spend another $100 a night at another hotel.

For the price, I expected better. Bathroom needed some updating, rust around tub, dark in bathroom, can hear next door, light bulbs in desk light didnt work, no maid service, ants in room. Best were lobby area large with bar and tables, shuttle to Keeneland,

Are was quiet and property was clean and safe. Only complaint is that parking in front is minimal if arriving late and food options are minimal. Overall for the property itself, it was very nice and perfect for a good nights rest. The bedding and pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve experienced lately. The front desk worker was cheerful and helpful. Will definitely return.

Great hotel. Airport shuttle with $3 a day parking. Clean hotel and quiet. Would defiantly stay again while flying.

The staff was beyond amazing and friendly. The website is very misleading thouh. We picked that spot for my kids to swim and be in a hot tub but the tub was filled in with concrete and the pool was closed the whole time. Like I stated the room and staff were amazing but the website could use some updating.

I selected this hotel for the indoor pool which was under maintenance. I was charged twice for the stay, and have yet to be able to connect with a manager to correct this issue

Nice stay, comfortable bed. Just wish the room was a tad cleaner. There was a huge stain in the middle of the room on the carpet. They tried to cover it with the coffee table but it didn't work. But it kinda gave it a ghetto feel. The room itself was laid out pretty cool and the bathroom was big. The shower was one of the best I've had in a hotel so that was great! Wish they had a free breakfast. We were expecting a complimentary breakfast but that was my bad. I researched so many places I got mixed up, so that's not their mistake. Overall, we would probably stay here again.

It was a very nice facility but they had limited parking so we had to park around the back of the facility. It was very dark, the entry wasn’t marked and it was blocked by equipment. They need to add lights and signs if they expect people to park back there.

We wanted a hotel close to the hospital due to having surgery the following morning. Pool and jacuzzi was very nice. Clean and well maintained place over all. The guest services were very nice. Very close to restaurants and the major hospital's. It also has transportation to and from the airport. I can see myself revisiting soon!

I had reserved 2 queens but when I got there they told me at check in they had “moved” me to a King with a pull out. The girl checking me in she didn’t do it management just did it & she was the messenger. I told them I was not happy about that because it was my grown son & me. The pull outs are never comfortable & I expressed that. They did give me a card for 2 breakfasts which was ok. The property was pretty clean but could use some updates. It makes me wonder if they bumped us because we went through Expedia.

Large, clean, comfortable room. Excellent beds and pillows. Did not try the restaurant.
