The front desk staff went out of their way to help us store some milk when we didn’t have a mini fridge in our room. The room was very clean and the shower was nice.

Great city break hotel
The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by cafés and restaurants with night life nearby. Inside the hotel is welcoming and the rooms are clean and comfortable. A special mention is worth to the front desk staff, who were friendly and consistently helpful

Great City Stay
Great location. It's an ibis property, they are usually good. Parking was directly under the hotel with elevator to the room, just great. Breakfast was great. The guy who checked me in was wonderful and VERY helpful. A/C was good, could have been colder. Great walking distance to everything in the old town.

I was comfortable in the room without problems, but the cleaners in the morning had their voices high each morning between the rooms feel they are in trouble if you wanted to sleep a little in the morning can not this is the only thing taken on them and that den was a good place

Perfect location
Central to trains, shopping, and areas of interest. We could walk everywhere. The checkin process was quick, and the staff friendly. The room was really clean, and tastefully decorated.

Central hotel
Staff helpful and efficient. Room small but fine for my needs, was quite warm and couldn’t get it to cool down even with window open and it was -2 outside. Bathroom fine, shower nice, bed really comfortable.

Decent for the price
Overall, I had a comfortable stay. My only gripe was that it was rather noisy at night when I slept with the window opened. It was either the sound of passing vehicles driving over the cobbled road or people talking loudly (I was on the 3rd floor). Although, the location is good being near the Hauptbahnhof, that also means there's heavy traffic of people passing by to get to the Stadtmitte. Never had breakfast there as there were plenty of good bakeries around.

Basic hotel
It’s a very basic hotel. The rooms have been recently renovated and it was clean. Breakfast was very good. Don’t expect any extras, the rooms are small and basic.

Great location near the main station (Leipzig HBF) Hotel does not have many amenities but a great stay for a budget hotel. Very clean and new. Just keep in mind the hotel doesnt have those little things you might find convenient like a fridge, safe, iron, face and hand towels. Overall a great hotel for the price.

Nice choice for Leipzig
Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. Nicely appointed room with comfortable bed. I was on the top floor and didn't hear any other guests. I particularly liked the luggage locker room, so that I could store my bags before/after my stay with my own key.

Im Grunde gibt es wenig Beanstandung, ABER: Wenn ich ein barrierefreies Zimmer bekomme, ohne es gebucht zu haben, muss ich danach gefragt werden, ob ich es haben möchte. Daher war der Besuch im Bad wie ein Krankenhausaufenthalt und so etwas möchte ich im Urlaub nicht!

Gute Zimmer, schlechtes Frühstück
kleine, aber saubere Zimmer, Rezeption immer besetzt, das kann man alles sehr empfehlen! Aber das Frühstück bekommt von uns nur einen Stern. So ein "einfaches" Frühstücksbufett haben wir von dem Hotel nicht erwartet, - ob das Angebot am Bufett, der Speisesaal an sich oder das Selbstabräumen des Geschirrs - so etwas Einfaches haben wir noch nie geboten bekommen. Das wäre mit Sicherheit für uns ein Grund ein anderes Hotel zu wählen.
