Super Lage, große Wohnung, Anzeige ist geschönt und Sauberkeit sollte verbessert werden
Absolutes Plus: Lage der Wohnung im Leipziger Stadtteil Gohlis, 10 Min mit der Tram zum Hbf. Sehr gut gefallen hat mir auch, dass um die Wohnung herum sehr viel Platz (umzäunter Innenhof) ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hat viele Betten. Die Bilder sind sehr professionell aufgenommen, ganz so edel ist es dann vor Ort nicht, eher pragmatisch eingerichtet. Das ebenfalls pragmatisch eingerichtete Bad stimmt nicht mit den Bildern bei Fewo Direkt überein und hatte leider einen Wasserschaden, der aber demnächst behoben werden soll. Bad und Küche waren sauber, aber die Böden der Schlafzimmer waren leider extrem schmutzig, auch nachdem die Putzkolonne wieder weg war. Finde die Wohnung am absolut obersten Preissegment für das, was sie bietet.

Tolle Unterkunft für Gruppen
Das Mietobjekt liegt sehr ruhig und doch ist es direkt angebunden am den Nahverkehr. Die Anlage um das Objekt ist sehr groß und mit Rasen und Teich sehr idyllisch. Die Räume sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Für eine größere Gruppe ist dieses Objekt ideal.

Eine super Unterkunft für eine Gruppe
Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Gern wieder! Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, genügend Besteck und Geschirr.

Wir haben dort ein sehr gutes Erlebnis gehabt die Ferienwohnung liegt in der bezirksstadt Leipzig was mir persönlich nicht so gefallen hat aber das ist nicht so schlimm schön wäre wenn irgendwann vielleicht noch mal eine zweite Toilette installiert wird ansonsten kann ich dieses ferienhaus empfehlen auch der Service war sehr gut. Was die Besitzer machen sollten ist ihre Webseite noch mal aktualisieren. Wir sollten z.b. parkgebühren zahlen für jedes Auto was auf dem Parkplatz stand das stimmt mit der Beschreibung nicht überein das muss vom Betreiber aktualisiert werden ansonsten Daumen nach oben
