Cleanliness overall a lot to be desired. Toilet didn’t work properly yuk. No teamaking facilities in room. Hotel is divided in two. With 2nd part being across road around cnr & down the street again. Pool in no 2 part ok but lounges around pool really disgusting. But then again what did I expect at $30.00AU per night.

Room was adequate, but location of room was disappointing. Very small terrace which looked onto a grey concrete wall. Breakfast was, in a word, pathetic!

Great budget hotel near the beach bars and restaurants,nice swimming pool,staff really friendly,bit of work needed post covid however great value for money if you want a cheap n cheerful stay !

Lovely pool. Poor breakfast and cleanliness and. Condition of room. Only one plug worked and the others all pulled out from wall or not working. Filthy shower curtain and thin old towels and sheets.

My friend and I were put in a Standard room that was dinghy, mould on walls. Bathroom was very basic and no hot water in shower. There were bugs under the pillows. We complained and were moved to a Deluxe room but had to pay extra. That was slightly better but still only on tbe surface.We saw rats at the bar, near the kitchen and our room. Also cockroaches. My friend had $200 missing from the safe which was in the hotel lobby. I would not stay there again or recommend it.

Town centre accommodation
This resort was in a great, central location with everything you could need right on your doorstep. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was a little intimidating being in the middle of the restaurant and having people walking past to get to rooms or the bar, other than that it was a nice place to stay 😊

Close to the mainstream and eats and all the bars also close to the beaches and the airport which is a short drive.

good location if you get in village 1 by the pool
booked a superior room, first one smelled like an animal had died in it, second one not much better. also, rooms were in a bolck away from the main hotel so pool, etc wasn't local. got a "luxury " room upgrade for discounted rate. 2 twin beds pushed together, felt like sleeping on an old door, one bedside table, no bedside lamp. asked for and got a lamp that looked like indiana jones had just discovered it in some long buried tomb. paid extra for breakfast- had twice then decided against, rubber pancakes, yum. pool was ok but was suspicious since very few people seemed to be in it, not many loungers. noisy at night so wouldn't recommend for peace and quiet but if you like live music every night then go for it. all in all, disappointing, have stayed in better for the same money in the same area.

You get what you pay for
Pay an extra $20 a night and stay in a better place than this. Room smelt of mould bathroom filthy and breakfast was a rubber pancake. Never again!

Great for a budget hotel! Friendly staff. Rooms clean and tidy. Beds were very firm Pool was ok. Bit cloudy sometimes but swimmable. Breakfast basic but yum. Fantastic location with excellent bars/restaurants and shopping nearby. Would stay again

wouldn't stay again
rooms were dirty half of the power points didn't work in the room. breakfast was not good was supposed to stay for 2 weeks changed hotels after a week because our swimmers and skin was green from the pool.

Over-all stay was good. Great location and staff are generally happy to help. Pool was a little cloudy and they forgot the towels and water on a few mornings....but was easily fixed. Room was clean and comfortable

Tucked away hotel away from main section of Legian Beach Village hotel. Good budget hotel if you like to get out and about.

わざわざホテルへ事前にメールしてあり、返事をもらってました。部屋のリクエストしてありましたが、まったく聞いてもらえず、フロントからはリクエストが無かったと言われ、メールを見せたら態度が変わり、変な部屋に通されました。そのあと良い部屋に通されましたがスタッフの対応が悪かったです。次回に期待です。
