I think a 2-star might be a fair review for the Tuscany Suites & Casino and here's why...
In the pictures the rooms look so spacious and that is true. However, this casino, as compared to all that I've stayed in the past, the walls are very thin. You can hear literally everything going on around you, whether it's people walking upstairs (sounded like they're stomping instead of walking) or the room next to yours. In fact, you can hear their toilet flushing every time you're in the room. You can hear people walking or talking in the hallway. The beds were not comfortable.
The casino itself was very small as compared to other properties I stayed at in the past. Maybe this is to be expected since according to Google and Expedia, Tuscany has just a tad over 500 slots...
My check-in was March 31, 2024 and I'm supposed to check out on April 4, 2024. Unfortunately I decided to check out April 3, 2024 around 6pm. The reason was the fact there was blasting music coming from outside my room, around the pool area. Come on now! I know for a fact that I wasn't at a night club so I shouldn't experience it when that wasn't what I paid for. When I was in line checking out, definitely none of the people in the front desk knows how to smile. Thank goodness the guy that checked me in was more friendly. I checked out early and there wasn't any mentioning as to how the property can make up for the loud music. Oh well. I basically wasted one night. I will never stay there again.
