Very convenient for both ends of the strip. Pool has limited hours. Very safe and comfortable. See-thru shower can be awkward when it’s friends sharing a room.

The room was dirty. They moved my rooms and it wasn’t cooling properly. It’s 450$ security deposit. For the level of excellence the speak about, it didn’t live up to that hype. Everyone kept saying upgrade to different suites. Why pay more when what I’m being shown is poor??? Overrated

Excellent stay. Clean and upscale property. This is place full of positive vibe and high energy. cocktails to food is second to none. Make sure to try the cocktail called “Verbena” at the iconic “the Chandelier bar” which has won cocktail of the globe award couple years back.

It is well located in the good side of Vegas Boulevard, close to Bellagio and Cesar Palace. It is walkable and not as busy as other hotels in Vegas. It has a good buffet for breakfast and lunch. The staff is friendly and amiable.

Television had an issue; repair technician arrived in timely manner and corrected the problem initially, but the next day I encountered same issue- poor signal. I just decided to use the other television during my stay.

Overall the room was nice. There were items that did not function, such as the bedroom TV, one of the bed headboard lights & the light on the bathroom vanity mirror. Someone fixed the TV & we received a credit. I didn’t take the time to call about the other non-functioning items, which were detected the following day. Very good location on the strip.

Out of a 7 night stay, our room wasn’t made up four times. It’s really frustrating to get back at 10pm, wanting to go to sleep, and finding that the room needs to be serviced. Cosmopolitan needs to lift its game by a significant measure.

Location on the Strip was excellent. Pool was clean. Easy to navigate. Just missed having a coffeemaker in the room. I like two cups of coffee in the morning before I get dressed. But the service at Starbucks was great and at 6:30 in the morning the line wasn’t too bad. I would definitely stay at the Cosmopolitan again and would recommend it to friends.
