Internet is really poor. Even if they charge resort fees they want more money for more speed. You have to request room cleaning. I did 3 days in a row before they finally made it. Area around the property is not safe.

I booked through Expedia, paid the fees with a balance due at the property equal to the resort fees. Upon check in, I was required to provide a credit card and I was charged a damage deposit in an addition to the resort fee. I questioned this at check in and was told it was just a hold that would drop upon check out. Two days after check out, the amount went from a pending hold to a charge. I called the property and spoke to someone at the front desk as a manager was not available. I explained my situation and before I could finish she started talking over me, I asked her to allow me to finish with my concerns. She continued to talk over me stating they don’t do “holds” they charge the fee then make a refund, however she never let me further explain what I was told at check in. I did not appreciate the rude manner that she spoke and how she continued to talk over me after me asking a couple times to allow me to speak. I finally just hung up and plan to dispute the entire amount of this does not drop off as she indicated. All in all, there is nothing special about this property, it was a reservation made in a pinch but I am unlikely to stay again or recommend.

Shhh. I use this property in connection with flights from Reid Airport that leave at inconvenient hours or are rescheduled to red-eye hours. However, I don'y want everyone to book it. The "dining option" refers to excellent places like Morton's across he street, not to the so-so dining on property

Pros: Check-in and out was fast and easy. The tower room entrance is right next to the parking structure elevator. Spacious room and bathroom. Staff is friendly. Cons: Tower room did not have a refrigerator even though it was listed in the description. Room was also missing the "do not disturb" door hanger. Some of the USB ports for charging did not work.

It a good value for money kinda stay if you’re okay staying a little farther than the strip. We heard some not so good reviews about the hotel being a little shady location but we didn’t notice something nor experienced anything ourselves.

Great location if off-strip is what you're looking for. Great prices. That's where the good stuff ends. My room itself was very clean and spacious, not a single complaint there, although there is no mini fridge and no microwave, but I didn't need those anyway. But the rest of the hotel and casino is just nasty smelly dirty, like they had a smokers convention in there just before I arrived. I guess they'll never get rid of that odor. The cafe upstairs from the casino is absolutely the worst and dumbest excuse for a "restaurant" I've ever seen. The food is awful and the beers are tiny 10 oz bottles. Don't be fooled by that "$7 beer plus two tacos" thing, you've been warned. My room key did not operate the pool door, the replacement key they gave me did not operate the pool door, the second replacement key they gave me did not operate the pool door, and none of the employees would come with me to see that my keys weren't working. The result: I never once went inside the pool, I just gave up. No live tables in the casino, don't let the signs on the building fool you.

The room was pretty standard and that wasn’t the problem but outside our room was pretty bad. There was what looked like dog feces by the emergency exit stairwell, the smell of weed was very abundant and to keep the smell out of our room we had to keep the air constantly running. There was a police incident with hotel guests. We had to ask twice for our door lock to be fixed before it was finally fixed. The amount of homeless people and drug deals we saw at the property would make me not want to stay there again. Definitely would not recommend taking kids there.

I paid a little extra to have a room in the newly remodeled tower section of the hotel. The room was fine and clean. After checking in I decided to go down to the casino to play a little and have a few drinks. I sat at the empty bar and put several 20's in the machine. I spent about an hour playing at the bar and never once saw a bar tender or cocktail waitress. I left and went to bed. At about 1 am I had to call security to quiet down a party going on in the hallway outside my room. At 3 am the fire alarm went off and my room reeked of heavy weed smoke. It wasn't a restful night's sleep but the room was nice enough for the price. Not a five star kind of place but alright for a place to crash for the night.

The casino was nice. Steak dinners were pretty good as well and earned a $10 gaming credit. Parking was free which is a rarity in Las Vegas.
