Room was well equipped. Pool area was great. The shaded loungers were a good idea. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner are out of reach for a person wanting a bath.

Tons of construction…. Woke me up at 6 am. Elevators are small and claustrphobic. Front desk was rude and defensive. Miscommunication from front desk caused me to get locked out of my room. Room size was tiny/too small.

We had an amazing stay! Staff are very friendly. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers! Everyone loved the rooftop pool. Will definitely be back!

Other than the cooking odor smell in the room, it was nice and clean. The staff are very attentive and are always in touch with you daily. Don’t expect a lot of amenities, but it is very close to the strip, which is a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and had a great view of the strip standing on the balcony. The only thing that I didn't like was the hot tub was down when I arrived the first, second, third, fourth night. I was able to get in the hot tub the last night of stay. The swimming pool was working but it was not heated enough for me. I loved the rooftop view.

Great place to stay near the excitement! Super friendly and courteous staff. They send texts to see if you need anything and leave you alone if you need a little extra sleep. There is construction going on next door but on the bright side it routes you right past the Starbucks inside Target where coffee is half the cost compared to inside the casinos. Easy walking to MGM and Planet Hollywood.

Refusal to come in and service room twice when requested. Incredibly claustrophobic bathroom (have to tetris myself into a space to shut the door to access the shower). Exorbitant "resort" fee even though this is absolutely not a resort. (No working pool, no provided meals, etc.). Noisy and unsightly construction around the entire property, with terrible access and poor road condition, with bad walking access as well, since you have to go entirely around the sites. This place was a joke for a hotel for the price, only thing that would've made it a 1 star review is if it shared the same critters as a motel 6, which it fortunately did not.

Loved that the room had a whole kitchen with every supply included.. it was nice and quiet didn’t hear any loud noise from next door rooms. It was close to walk to the strip that is a great convenience. The valet is very easy to order and quick service. They txt me to ask if I need to replenish anything from the room which was also so convenient. Awesome stay will definitely come back and recommend.

Family friendly pool with lower volume music. Very nice staff. One small suggestion would be that a small table & two chairs on patio would be perfect, & the prepackaged coffee was extremly bad! Will return.

Front desk staff totally lost the sense of customer service and visitor patience. Terrible way of orienting tourist through the check in process and hotel accommodations… added to the construction blocks, just made it all difficult. I would say that customer service was a huge flaw and total missed understanding to the business

Not a good experience with moving in and out of the property with all the construction. Lots of maintenance going on inside. I was expecting a better coffee shop inside or better station. I had to check out at 10am which is not industry standard and never got the towels I requested and few other housekeeping issues.

Overall my stay was wonderful! The staff is super friendly & helpful. The concierge gives you great recommendations on places to visit. Ruthe was absolutely AMAZING!! My only complaint would be the Wi-Fi wasn’t strong & dropped out constantly on the 21st floor, which is the floor I was on during my stay.
