If you have a Disability, there is no Help from staff. Second, no coffee machines, refrigerator or microwave in the Soho section. Their only suggestion is to upgrade to a much high rate. We received our room only to find out that it was occupied by another guest. A F******n joke.

The only thing we didn't like was the cigarette smoke on the main level. Everything else was wonderful. I left a purse in the room at checkout, and the staff was very helpful in getting it sent to me.

This hotel has its own vibe. It felt a lot more laid back than a lot of the other hotels. Prices for anything in the casino are really high but that’s standard for Vegas. There’s a few decent places to eat just a few minutes walk from the hotel. You don’t need to leave the property or go very far at all for anything you might want to do or need. Not the best pool at this hotel. Nothing wrong with it but in comparison to other places it’s not one of the selling features.

We like staying here more out of habit. We know it and it’s comfortable. However this time our shower didn’t work. But besides the rooms being outdated and the shower we like it here.

Digital key worked great not once have to see front desk for anything. Check in on app and use your digital key to get into room. Suggest piano bar for great time. 2 places to have pizza at this location. Can get really busy on a big event date at T-Mobile arena on Saturday but not complaining. Will stay again

Fun and easy place to go with family. Great restaurant options all around. Rooms were clean and nice. No fridge tho. Bummer. Roller coaster was a blast. Pool was heated and nice and hot tub was a great chill spot. Kids loved both. Convenient spot on the strip. Loved how they made it look like so much of New York. We would go back.

Lots of food options inside and near the hotel. (But skip il Fornaio, totally not worth the money). Convenient location, but not a lot of shopping nearby. Clean rooms, good staff, fast and easy checkout.

Only one or two people working at the desk hire more staff so you don’t have to wait in line everytime you have a question. No fridge on the room was disappointing as well. 14.95 for a Starbucks drink talk about gouging we will never be back. Also charging guests for parking is tacky after what you pay to stay. Ridiculous. Nor will I reccomend this hotel. The room was old too !!

Little far from what we places we typically like to walk to. Definitely noisy while in the room. Lot of street noise. Gym was terrible. Pool was okay. It’s an okay hotel if you don’t mind lots of walking or using Uber for everything.

In a city saturated by rip-off prices for absolutely everything, NYNY is comparatively good value, in a convenient location and not too enormous. Rooms are pretty basic, with no fridge, barely any wardrobe space, a slightly cramped bathroom, and a 'view of the strip' which can mean a view south over the airport runway. At peak morning times, add 10 mins to wait for a lift going down, and at all times expect a 20-30 min queue at the on-site Starbucks due to them being the slowest baristas in the world (order ahead seems not to work at all in LV). Expect reception to have screwed up your booking somehow, so make sure you bring reservation paperwork with you. Earplugs also useful first thing in the morning to block out the ridiculously loud music playing in the lobby 24 hours a day.

Everything at this place was OK. The only thing I would suggest is that they put some oil on the bathroom door for room 2528. It’s squeaks that it wakes up my wife and daughter when I come out of the bathroom early in the morning.

Rooms in this hotel are a very nice size and we liked that we had additional seating with a table to look out at the strip view. I was surprised to find out that a refrigerator was no longer included as a part of your stay. You have to see if one is available and pay an additional $25 a night if you want one.I also did not like that a coffee maker was no longer an option.

Registration is too slow, need more employees. THIS IS A SERVICE INDUSTRY - MUST HAVE MORE AVAILABLE SERVICE. Remember MGM, there are lots of other places we can spend our tourism dollars. Our time on vacation is valuable, and we don't wish to spend it waiting in lines for the basics.

Hello The only place we tried food was the place upstairs that had Nathan's hot dogs. They served a cheese steak that was most horrible thing served....😳😱 Roll fell apart, only half meat on roll and got charged $20.00 for that. I took it back to the server and told her it's the most horrible thing I ever ate and throw it in the trash. I should have talked to the manager and demanded my money back but I just so mad I left. Poor quality of food in that place.

The service was terrible at the counter. Everything is ‘extra’. I’d this hotel were anywhere else, it would be a two star at best. Old facilities, no coffee maker or fridge. Everything is designed to scam another dollar from you.
